Today’s word – schizotypal .  People with schizotypal personality disorder are often described as odd or eccentric and usually have few, if any, close relationships. They generally don’t understand how relationships form or the impact of their behavior on others. They may also misinterpret others’ motivations and behaviors and develop significant distrust of others.

Today I realized that I must take hold of my health in an even more disciplined way than hitherto.  I had two chocolate biscuits this morning , with some coffee, an that was enough to start me off. I had to take some sodium bicarbonate and then some magnesium substance that dulled the pain. Today I had a small lunch – a few mouthfuls here and there. So far so good (written at 6pm)

Last night was one of the worst for my stomach, with my needing to hold a hot water bottle to my chest. I had eaten a salad followed by mashed potatoes and roast pork. I believe that the amount was excessive.  It is getting really boring, all this.

This afternoon, off to one of my first gardening jobs of the year. It consisted of trimming a hedge or hedges. We have decided to cut down on these jobs. We will do grass mowing and hedge cutting only. No clearing, no weeding, no jobs lasting 2-3 days. I will not work for people whom I do not like. I will not work in inclement weather. I will not work for more than 3 hours per day.

That leaves a lot of scope.
