Media – video binge watch

Reading Time: 5 minutes

How I filled my bank holiday

There’s about 3 million things I could do today including sitting in traffic jams on motorways, dodging the rain, enjoying the sun where possible, and spending too much on instant food of questionable quality.

My stomach has been somewhat of a challenge and this morning after having coffee and toast I Googled to see why I get almost instant acid reaction and realized that my coffee was hitting an empty stomach and upsetting the acid alkaline balance. Coffee itself has a pH rating from 4.85 to 5.10 so it is slightly acidic but this matters not if coffee is first in the queue in the mornings. I reckon I could mitigate the effect by having it with warm milk.

I had to take medication but the only thing that helps was, surprise surprise, tinned pears. After half an hour sitting with a hot water bottle I was able to recover and get on with my day. as it can’t make up its mind whether to rain or shine ( it is currently raining) i have decided to abandon my plan to go to the Bear Flats artists open weekend in Bath and stay at home

Binge media session

The thing about for example YouTube is that it learns what you like, so down the right hand column I am tempted with a number of videos each one of which I could watch. I don’t mind this Algorhythm at all and do not regard it as an intrusion on my privacy.

The first video was entitled ” British journalist silences entire Muslim crowd with the ugly truth about Islam” I have known for some time that they regard themselves as superior to Christians and if anyone criticizes them they won’t hesitate to attack and kill a person, the preferred choice is a knife to the throat. Charming I am sure. This lecture was given at the Oxford Union 12 years ago.

Warning: disasters predicted for June and July 2025. I don’t know who runs this channel but they do produce a lot of videos. I’m not even sure whether the featured people are real or computer generated and the authorship is never attributed but it is certainly worth a listen. There is no question that the vibrational level of the planet is changing and we have to be prepared for it and the change will include affecting our bodies, our sleep patterns, our tendency to be depressed, how we see time, so we can always learn more. It’s better than sniffing at them I’m not watching

The Alleged Richard Nixon & Billy Graham Satanic Ritual Abuse Child Sex Trafficking Network – As Told by the Survivors    I’m so sad to publish this one. I do look up to people such as Billy Graham and when I hear such testimonies I realize that people who look good on the outside have actually got feet of clay. I’ve lost count of the number of times this has happened to people I have looked up to. What is it about pedophila that is so attractive to men?

Your Brain Was Never Supposed to Read.  How a man-made invention rewired human cognition. This is not a video but a written piece on medium.com which features high quality writing from various individuals and for which you pay a monthly fee. I never realised there would be an actual  history of reading. I didn’t know that in 1820 the global literacy rate was estimated to be around 12%, compared to 87% in 2022. It’s a good and easy read but you may have to subscribe.

LONG LONG ARTICLE.  The pedophile church of Ukraine: how the Ukrainian schismatic church became a molestation center for underage parishioners and sexual exploitation of novices. As if following the above, another pedo article pops into my in box, Did you know that in 2022  Zelensky’s regime unleashed the largest wave of persecution of Christians in 21st century Europe, depriving hundreds of thousands of believers of the freedom to practice their faith

And I love organ music particularly on the famous Saint-Sulpice organ, Olivier Latry plays Reger (24 May 2012) visitor: “Only thing better than playing this organ is to have the master, Daniel Roth, be the registrant, anticipating and opening/closing stops precisely when you need them to be! I hate he’s retired now, but he earned it!

Pause while I bake some bread

For the last three or four years I have chosen to make my own bread mainly because I don’t trust the ingredients that the bakers put in their bread in the interests of longevity and quick baking. I used to get sick after eating bread and that is one of the reason I don’t buy sandwiches from supermarkets.

You can of course go to an old-fashioned baker but you won’t pay less than four pounds for decent loaf. I use a bread making machine most of the time. There are 24 programs but I use the simple and quick program which takes two hours. You can have fun by adding nuts and raisins, whatever you like, really. Cost per loaf – £1 max

How Frequencies can rapidly heal you.   Richard Vobes with Michael Upstone. I like Richard’s interviewing style. He gives his guests the space to speak. This new medicine is non-intrusive and almost miraculous. Richard talks to Michael Upstone about his new introduction to the marvels of frequency healing.

Listening to the radio/catch up radio. A great internet station ukradioonline.com All UK stations. I use it for Radio 3.

And how about this for a bombshell for Starmer when Nigel Farage sneaked in to see the King behind his back and blocked the EU summit. Now that’s what I call news.
