Following on all this in a strange way I am motivated to reflect on the problems and situations going on in the world including warmongering and aggressive acts conducive to war we are in quite a pickle. The closing of a Strait of Hormuz and the consequent rise in oil prices would decimate the economy of the United Kingdom.
We are on a large planet but as inter dependency increases we become a very small planet and reliant on the smooth working of all aspects of it.
If you have been following the narrative you will know that the vast majority of those who are in control are either psychopaths, or people who have been blackmailed, threatened, bribed, or seduced into a course of action that is not in accord with the wishes of the vast majority of the people.Â
A psychopath will not stop being a psychopath because they are challenged. There’s is a lust for power but they will not compromise on because they see this as their way forward somehow gaining eternal life through control of the human species.
There is very little if anything and individual can do, but we have something that no one can take away from us which is the sense of community, the fact that we can help each other, support each other, inspire each other, help others to move forward and this can be done on a one-to-one basis, or on a one to group basis.Â
This is the decision – I have taken it upon myself in my life to do what I can locally and not torture myself about what is happening nationally or indeed internationally.
Today I got the idea (it normally comes from nowhere ha ha) that I should form a support group for people interested in gut biome health. Three brains come up the brain brain, the heart brain, and the gut brain and each needs to be in full working order for us to be fully functional.
The gut brain and the lack of focus upon it probably explains why so many of the population are sick, overweight, performing at less than perfect levels.
