I am an empath and it’s why I stay the hell away from most people. Their energy is chaotic and unbalanced and they sense what you are and try to suck you in. I at least have the ability to discern the energy of others I am around pretty easily and I avoid energy vampires like the plague.

As an empath you must have boundaries and for those who seek help need to have the desire to help themselves. You can give guidance and understanding however you can not do their healing or changing for them. Anyone who is not willing to do there own self work they will drain you.

Viewer: I’m somewhere near a 140 IQ. I am absolutely an underachiever and I fight suicidal thoughts, depression, and bitterness every day. If I didn’t have a good wife who has taken on a lot of responsibility I wouldn’t be here. I offered her the easy way out and she refused. So, I do my best for her.
What Does It Mean to Be Intelligent? – with Howard Gardner The Royal Institution
Gardner’s theories aren’t very popular among intelligence researchers. The CHC theory, which postulates a hierarchy of intelligence types subsumed under 1 general factor, has been dominant since the 1990s. Genetic and neural research fits the CHC theory, not the multiple intelligence theory.
