Off to the dentist this morning to have a tooth removed and as I have been living on soup and paracetamol for the last four days it was a relief. Francoise came along for support. Our dentist in Bath, David, is very competent and really minimises pain even though the tooth had had to be cut in half before being removed.
Due to the anaesthetic injection it was completely without pain so we went off to the Sulis hospital in Peasedown to have a coffee and in the coffee area I saw this wonderful picture above. It was only £485 and I would have bought it on the spot had we the space on a wall to hang it.

I hope you do not suffer from the anaesthetic Brian . I have had a sweet taste in my mouth ever since I had a tooth removed 18 months ago.
Having lived for years in a majority Muslim country I am appalled by Pastor Martin Sedra’s text.
Yes, there are both Muslims, Christians and Jews who are intolerant of people not of their faith, and find texts to back up their point of view.
Fortunately so very many Christians, Muslims and Jews live in harmony thanks to their lives being lived according to Scripture and the Koran.
In wht decade did you live in a Muslim country. Things have changed and changed speedily.
I would love to agree with you. They seem harmless enough in small numbers but when the numbers grow they do ‘take over bids’ as we are seeing in the UK and become more aggressive. I watached a video yesterday about life in central Paris and the film maker said that she was advised to remove her cross otherwise she would be attacked.
I do not consuider that shouting Alla Ackba – God is Great – before you slash someone in the throat is the sort of behaviour that we want to see. So, please explain which of the comments on the page is untrue today. Fact not opinion please.
