I watch hundreds of videos over the course of a week, probably far more than is healthy, but this one really gave me a source for hope in enabling me to see things in perspective with the dreaded backdrop of the scandals that engulf our world daily.
I love watching Daryl Anka, who channels Bashar., a discarnate spiritual being well versed with what is going on in the universe. Here we see him being interviewed by ‘Wisdom from North’. I agree this is a slightly counter-intuitive name, but the brand is very good, and the quality of her guests is excellent. You can see this video in full, which is just over an hour. Below is an abstract of his words.
I know I shall be watching it several times to ensure that the message is well and truly implanted into my consciousness. I know that the only place we can be is in the still points in the middle of the hurricane; otherwise, we will be blown down by the four winds. Visit his website bashar.org
Bashar, Open Contact, Reality, and the Five-Step Formula
Darryl Anka: I’ve been sharing Bashar’s information for more than forty years now. Whether people interpret Bashar as an extraterrestrial being from a parallel reality, a future timeline, or another level of consciousness, the point has never really been about proving what he is. It has always been about whether the information works.
Whenever we have conversations like this and make them available publicly, we open up new possibilities for people. We offer them different perspectives. Some may resonate with what they hear; others may not. That’s fine. But simply having the dialogue expands the range of choice. It invites people to explore ideas that, in the past, might have been dismissed as outside the boundaries of rational thought. Yet when people actually apply the principles Bashar discusses, they often discover their lives improve in tangible ways. That, ultimately, is the real proof.
The Significance of 2026–2027
There has been much discussion about the years 2026 and 2027, particularly regarding disclosure and open contact with extraterrestrial intelligence. Bashar is not the only source pointing to this window of change. Other intuitives and researchers have sensed something similar.
The understanding is that 2026 may be a year of increasing disclosure—more information surfacing, more normalization of the idea that we are not alone. By 2027, the suggestion is that official open contact could begin. That would mean public acknowledgement, through official channels, that extraterrestrial beings have been interacting with humanity.
According to this perspective, the first stage of contact would likely involve hybrid beings—individuals whose genetics combine human and extraterrestrial elements. These are not human beings born on Earth. They are beings who look human enough to integrate among us and who have reportedly been quietly assisting in scientific, environmental, and social developments. When open contact occurs, their presence would no longer be concealed, and direct interaction would become possible.
From there, over decades, broader interaction with other civilizations—such as what some call Pleiadian beings—could gradually unfold. Humanity would not simply be “joined” by others; rather, we would begin integrating into a larger galactic community.
Recent governmental hearings about UFOs, whistleblower protections, and public testimony suggest that we are already seeing the early stages of normalization. Whether or not one accepts the interpretation, something is undeniably shifting in public discourse.
Chaos, Fear, and Power
At the same time, the world appears chaotic. Many leaders operate from fear. Attempts to control, dominate, or consolidate power often arise from a deep sense of insecurity and disconnection. When individuals feel powerless internally, they may attempt to exert control externally.
What we are seeing globally may be a surfacing of fear-based structures that were previously hidden. When suppressed material rises to the surface, it often appears chaotic. Yet exposure is sometimes a prerequisite for transformation.
Orchestration and Synchronicity
Bashar often speaks about life as an orchestration. This does not mean every small action is rigidly pre-planned, as if we scripted each time we pick up a pen. Rather, at the soul level, we may choose certain themes, challenges, or lessons for growth. The specific props — the timing, the scale, the details — remain flexible.
For example, if a soul intends to explore creativity, it might express that through drawing, painting, writing, or some other medium. The lesson is the creative expression itself; the form is variable.
Synchronicity is described as the mechanism through which orchestration becomes visible. When we begin seeing patterns, meaningful coincidences, and precise timing, we start to perceive the interconnected nature of events. From that viewpoint, life appears less random and more coordinated.
Reality as Holographic
Another key teaching concerns the structure of reality. Even in direct conversation, we are not interacting with one another in a purely objective way. We each construct a representation of the other within our own perceptual field. Reality, in this sense, is holographic.
Everything exists in what can only truly be described as “now”. There is only one moment — always now. Space reduces to “here.” Time reduces to “now.” Different perspectives of the same underlying field create the experience of multiple places and multiple moments.
This is where the idea of a “split” in reality emerges. It is not about humanity physically splitting into a non-physical realm. The fifth density is non-physical — the spiritual domain. The “split” refers instead to diverging vibrational choices. As individuals increasingly choose beliefs that are incompatible with one another, their experiential realities may diverge. Eventually, interactions between certain vibrational states could diminish or cease altogether.
In simpler terms, we experience versions of reality that reflect our strongest beliefs. When beliefs become too dissimilar, shared experience weakens.
The Five-Step Formula
Perhaps the most practical and transformative teaching is Bashar’s five-step formula. Its essence is simple: act on your highest excitement, to the best of your ability, without insisting on a specific outcome.
Acting on passion raises frequency. When frequency rises, perception expands. Higher frequency thinking allows solutions and insights that are inaccessible at lower states. As Einstein suggested, problems cannot be solved from the same level of consciousness that created them.
In greater detail
1️⃣ Act on Your Highest Excitement
At every moment, choose the action that feels most aligned, energising, or exciting to you — without insisting on a specific outcome. The emphasis is on sincerity: what genuinely feels alive, not what you think should impress others.
2️⃣ Act to the Best of Your Ability
Once you choose that direction, do it fully. Don’t half-commit. Apply care, attention, and integrity. Excitement without discipline becomes fantasy.
3️⃣ Have Zero Insistence on the Outcome
This is the difficult part. You act — but you release attachment to how it must unfold. The idea is that attachment creates resistance and anxiety.
Psychologically speaking, this reduces stress and opens flexibility.
4️⃣ Remain in a Positive State
Not forced optimism, but a deliberate choice not to spiral into fear or resentment when things don’t go as expected. You interpret circumstances as feedback rather than failure.
5️⃣ Trust That Everything Is Working in Your Favour
This is the philosophical core. Whatever happens is viewed as guidance, even if it doesn’t match your initial expectation.
A Grounded Perspective
If we strip away the metaphysical language, the formula becomes:
Follow genuine motivation
Apply disciplined effort
Detach from rigid expectations
Maintain emotional resilience
Reframe setbacks as information
That’s actually a psychologically coherent strategy.
Applying the formula tends to produce:
- Greater synchronicity
- More joy and creativity
- A sense of effortlessness
- Increased freedom to be authentic
- Service to others through example
This does not eliminate action; it refines it. Physical reality requires physical action. You cannot simply wish change into being. You must act in alignment with the version of yourself that already lives in the world you prefer.
Unity, in this framework, does not mean sameness. True unity validates diversity. It is the cooperation of unique expressions, not their erasure.
Love, Meaning, and Self-Reflection
From Bashar’s perspective, unconditional love is the fundamental frequency of existence itself. We interpret that frequency as support and acceptance. Whatever we choose — positive or negative — we are supported in that choice. That is the nature of unconditionality.
The most important question we can ask ourselves is:
Why do I believe what I believe?
Often, when we examine our beliefs deeply, we discover they are inherited rather than consciously chosen.
Self-love, then, becomes the recognition that if existence itself supports our being, why would we argue with that? If we are necessary expressions of the whole, denying our worth is effectively arguing with the very source of existence.
As for the meaning of life, paradoxically, life has no built-in meaning. It is neutral. We are designed to give it meaning. The meaning we assign determines the experience we receive.
Final Thoughts
Whether Bashar is interpreted as extraterrestrial, multidimensional, or symbolic, the core message remains practical: apply the principles and observe the results. If your life improves, that is the only validation required.
Ultimately, the teachings invite personal responsibility, self-examination, joyful action, and conscious belief selection. Everything else — disclosure, timelines, densities — becomes secondary to how we choose to live, here and now.
